Please do not accept the delivery if the damage is visible on the shipping carton upon arrival. If there is damage that occurred to the product inside the package, please notify us immediately and keep the original packaging for inspection by the shipping agency. We will file the claim on your behalf and will immediately replace the damaged product.
Return
- Products can be returned within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, provided that they are unused and in its original condition
- Products that are returned used within the 30 day period are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
- If the product is damaged by cause of the customer, you will not be eligible for a refund
- If the return is initiated past the 30 day mark, you will not be eligible for a refund

Warranty
All of our products come with a money-back warranty. We stand behind all the products we sell. All of the shears are warranted for life against workmanship and material defects. When proven defective upon our inspection, we will repair or replace, any defective product free of charge.
This warranty will not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidental drop, misuse, improper maintenance, and unauthorized repairs.
All the defective items returned within 30 days from the purchase date will be picked up and shipped back free of cost. After 30 days, please email us at ninainc@comcast.net or call us (302) 369 93535 for a return authorization number for free repair or replacement. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
